1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dlb24 platform, including the website at https://dlb24.ws, its mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform. dlb24 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the dlb24 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dlb24 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or requires a licence that dlb24 does not hold.
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service for reasons related to problem gambling or fraudulent activity.
• You are acting entirely with your own funds and are not depositing proceeds from criminal activity.

dlb24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the customer relationship, including but not limited to: National ID card, passport, birth certificate, or any other government-issued document confirming date of birth and identity. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to dlb24's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified age may be voided.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the dlb24 Platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dlb24 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and any withdrawal requests may be subject to review.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the point of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number used for your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. dlb24 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify dlb24 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

dlb24 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to submit documentary evidence of identity and address at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. The KYC process is conducted securely and all documents are handled in accordance with dlb24's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dlb24 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and select Visa and Mastercard debit instruments where available. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dlb24 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any attempt to deposit in a currency other than BDT will be declined.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. dlb24 reserves the right to request proof that a deposit instrument belongs to the registered account holder before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment channel and are published in the Cashier section. Withdrawals may be subject to processing times of up to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days, depending on the payment channel selected. dlb24 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. dlb24 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant account balances as published in the fee schedule on the Platform. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any dormancy fee is first applied. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and contacting support.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the dlb24 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation message and unique bet reference number have been issued by the Platform. dlb24 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds offered on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Live in-play odds for cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — update on a ball-by-ball basis and may fluctuate rapidly. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment your bet submission is confirmed by the Platform.

5.3 Void Bets

dlb24 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. dlb24's decision on voided bets is final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day as published in the relevant sport or game rules section of the Platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the published maximum payout for a given market, dlb24 will pay out up to the published maximum and the excess will not be honoured.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the dlb24 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence only to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and validity window for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that remain in your account after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dlb24 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is identified, dlb24 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the associated accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dlb24 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems, games, or payment infrastructure.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds that constitute proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Providing false identity or age information, or using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorisation.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider after a bet or game outcome has been settled.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dlb24 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, databases, and design elements — is the intellectual property of dlb24 or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Nothing on the Platform grants you any licence, right, or interest in dlb24's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12 Amendments and Termination
